All products purchased by phone or via the website can be returned to the mailing address provided, All items carry a 15 day return policy guarantee from the day it was received.

If any shipping fee were incurred during the transaction those fees will not be refunded, we also WILL NOT refund return shipping fees if dissatisfied.

Since our website offers either free shipping or a flat rate $4 shipping fee, we will not refund the fees our company spent on shipping to ship this item. For example, if $100 was spent on our website and we spent $7 to ship you the item, when it's time for money to be refunded, we will only refund $93.

Return Policy for orders placed during the months of November and December is extended to 15 days after December 25.

Requirements for Exchange:

1. The original sales slip.

2. The product must be in new condition.

3. The products original box, packaging, all manuals, and accessories must be included. (Value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount.)

7. There will be no returns or exchanges accepted beyond 15 days. **This is very strict.
